Return & Refund Policy
At Nurtured Paws, delivering a great experience to you and your dog is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us at support@nurturedpaws.com and we’ll happily issue you a full refund (minus shipping charges) for your most recent order.
Our policy lasts 30 days we want to give you and your dog more than enough time to experience the benefits of our supplements. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to our facility without contacting us first. Refunds are limited to one order per customer and apply only to your most recent order. Refunds are not permitted for purchases of three or more items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take the following steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
4. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@nurturedpaws.com.
Sale Items
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price or the price paid, whichever is lower.
Exchanges
We will happily replace any item that arrives damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@nurturedpaws.com and our team will take care of you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, email us at support@nurturedpaws.com. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label free of charge.
If you choose not to use our free return label, you will be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Policy Abuse
If we have reason to believe a customer is attempting to abuse our return policy or is not acting in good faith, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or any other element of this Return Policy.
Subject to Change
Nurtured Paws reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. All customers are entitled to the policy in effect at the date of their purchase, not the date of their return.
