RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Nurtured Paws, we understand that providing excellent customer service is vital, and ensuring a smooth and transparent shipping and return process is a significant part of that commitment.

Our return policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind, offering hassle-free returns and exchanges to guarantee your peace of mind when shopping with us. REGULAR RETURNS

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are subject to shipping fees, restocking fees (15-20%) and inspection.

To be eligible for a regular return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your customer number.

Altered, opened items, or items marked as non-refundable on the product page will not be accepted and will be discarded or donated, so please be sure to inspect your returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@nurturedpaws.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED & WRONG-ITEM RETURNS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns will be accepted for approval within 48 hours of the item being received for items that are incorrectly shipped or damaged in transit. Please reach out to returns@nurturedpaws.com with your order number and a photo of your damaged item (damaged items require a photo).

REFUSED & CANCELLED ORDERS

Please contact us immediately for orders that are needing to be cancelled, to prevent us from bringing in your item. Refused and cancelled orders will incur a 15-20% restocking fee and shipping fees will be refunded for not shipped orders.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
